NIA summons Geelani’s grandson | KNO

Srinagar, April 24 (KNO) : After summoning his two sons, Dr Naseem Geelani and Dr Nayeem Geelani, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has now summoned Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani’s grandson, Anees-ul-Islam Shah. According to KNO, Anees received a call from NIA at 12 noon and has been asked to appear before NIA on 29th April, 2019. Younger son of Syed Ali Geelani, Dr Naseem has appeared before NIA and ED in March and now elder son Dr Nayeem Geelani is being grilled for the third consecutive day at NIA headquarters. Anees’s father Altaf Ahmad Shah is already in NIA custody at Tihar jail from 2017.(KNO)
